Parents admit their children to coaching classes for getting extra booster to their studies. However, coaching classes are still considered as a “business that runs from home”. While many of the coaching classes enjoy turnover more than schools, the conditions in which they run are pathetic.   They still are not perceived as or considered as a normal and/or mainstream business entity. Hence they often get an escape from implementation of many norms such as fire safety norms and procedures.
